What services do you offer?
We provide warehousing, pick & pack fulfillment, ecommerce, cross-docking, container unloading, drayage, and freight brokerage services.

Where are your facilities located?
Our warehouses are located in Chicago, Nashville, and Houston, strategically positioned for access to major ports, rail, and highways.

What industries do you serve?
We work with eCommerce, retail, food & beverage (non-temp controlled), consumer goods, electronics, industrial supplies, construction material, dangerous goods, and more
Pricing and Billing

How is your pricing structured?
Pricing is based on storage per pallet or per square foot, handling (inbound/outbound), and value-added services. We bill our clients once a month with net 30 terms.

Is there a minimum volume or contract term?
We typically require a $500 monthly spend minimum, but we’re flexible for the right fit. If your account is too small for our minimum we have amazing partners we can pair you with. Month-to-month and longer-term contracts are available.

Do you charge setup fees?
Yes, a one-time onboarding/setup fee may apply, depending on the complexity of your integration and SKU setup.
Fulfillment and Inventory Management

Can you integrate with my eCommerce platform or ERP?
Yes. We support integrations with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, NetSuite, ShipStation, and custom platforms via API.

How do I track inventory and orders?
We use our proprietary WMS, Skuit, which offers real-time inventory tracking, order status, audits, reporting dashboards and much more.

What’s your order turnaround time?
Same-day fulfillment for orders received by 1 PM; next-day for later orders. We work with you to define SLAs.

How do you handle damaged or lost inventory?
We take warehouse accountability seriously. In the rare event of damage or loss, we investigate immediately and follow our agreed-upon liability policies defined in our master service agreements.
Inbound and Outbound Logistics

Can you handle container drayage and transloading?
Yes, our drayage company (Supply Chain Transportation) can manage container pickup and delivery, with cross-dock or transload services available.

Do you offer pick-up or delivery services?
We can coordinate LTL/FTL shipments through our brokerage (Ship SCW) or work with your carriers of choice.

What’s your receiving process?
We require advanced shipment notification (ASN). All inbound freight is inspected, labeled, and logged into our system within [24 hours] of arrival.
Scalability and Custom Services

Can you scale with my business during peak season?
Yes. We plan for seasonality and have flexible space and labor capacity to handle spikes.

Do you offer kitting, bundling, or labeling?
Yes. We provide a full suite of value-added services, including labeling, kitting, repackaging, and more.

Do you support international shipping or import/export?
Yes, through our freight brokerage and customs partners, we can assist with international shipments.
Security, Compliance, and Support

How secure is your facility?
24/7 surveillance, access control, and inventory audits ensure your product is safe and secure.

Are you FDA-registered or certified for food-grade storage?
We are FDA registered, but not certified. For the right client we will get FDA certified at any location and include it in our SLAs.

Do you offer customer support or a dedicated rep?
Yes. Each client has a dedicated account manager for communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
